• Question: will cats ever go extinct?

      Not unless we experience some global catastrophe that results in us being wiped out too or some virus that only kills cats (wildly improbable!). Cats are overpopulated in nearly every country they’re in – I think there numbers are too many and their access to resources and ability to survie are all too great to go extinct any time soon.

      I think cats would survive if we were wiped out as long as they had prey to catch
