Speech is a very high functioning brain process – animals besides ourselves don’t have the brain capacity for this!

As well as not having the same brain structure their vocal cords are also structurally different to ours which is another reason they cannot talk (with the exception of parrots but they mimic rather than talk)

Possibly, in millions of years but it’s impossible to predict!

It is the vocal cords that need to develop more 🙂
