That depends on how you define ‘biggest brain’. When evolutionary biologists talk about brain size as it relates to ‘bigger brains meaning more intelligence’ they mean brain size relative to the rest of the body. So that is why humans for instance are considered to have ‘the biggest brains’ – it’s down to proportion! Obviously we could point to the blue whale, the largest creature to ever have existed and say that it has the biggest brain, which may be true from a physical sense, but in the sense of intelligence and how powerful that brain is, bigger does not necessarily mean better.
