I think it’s important to take bodyweight into account – obviously knowing a relative strength is better than knowing whats just biggest! If we take this into account, then the strongest is the Rhinoceros beetle – not just the strongest insect but also the strongest animal in the world (compared to body weight). They can lift up to 850 times their own bodyweight!
