  No – the egg quality is soley down to the food the chickens eat. Battery farming has been outlawed here because of the poor welfare provided to the chickens, not because it’ll make for better eggs!

  Some people say the eggs taste better but I agree with Kevin they are no better or worse in quality. Always try and but free range and not barn eggs and buy british as the welfare is a higher standard at the moment

You are welcome, I guess also sometimes the eggs may seem to taste nicer because we imagine the chickens have had a better quality of life
