Question: If you won the money and did what you said you would do with it? What effect would that have and could you be able to keep making the money to carry on your investigation!

  I think so – I’m looking the use the money to in order to set up a forum to communicate my work to some important groups and people (charities, pet product manufacturers, owners).
  
  In terms of effect, I tihnk it will serve to get all the different stakeholders ‘up to speed’ so to speak but also allow us to hear about what impacts my research may have to these different groups.
  
  In terms of carrying out the research itself – that aspect of the project already has funding.

  Once the first book or video were published, providing they were successful, I would be able to get further sponsorship from other companies to produce more copies or a second edition. it would be so great to show the many refinements we can give to the animals and how greater knowledge of their needs has the potential to improve the lives of all animals in captivity.
