Question: i have two gerbils and one of them accidently got out (cause my brother left the cage door open) and it got sucked into the vacume and part its tail got cut off. will it ever grow back???

  No the tail does not grow back, it is a safety mechanism which will have saved your gerbils life as it would if a predator caught it in the wild. it won’t cause your gerbil any harm or distress to be without the top part of its tail
