There was a long standing theory that wild animalssuffered fractures/breaks frequently and that they healed their bones naturally.

A study carried out in the 80s concluded that animals broken bones (especially long bones) did not heal well at all and observations made of ape populations found that broken bones like arms and legs were often fatal (they animal died) but were rare events.

So the (limited) evidence seems to suggest that broken bones in the wild might not get the chance to heal. I cannot say how long it would take a broken bone to heal with human intervention as I am not a vet, but I would imagine there would be considerable variation with factors such as age of the animal, species, the bone that broke, the nature of the break etc.
