      That varies greatly with species (there are hundreds of kinds of frogs!) but for the common frog you may have seen, frogspawn last for 16-24 days before they hatch

      Fish and frogs will eat spawn and the tadpoles so if you have some in your pond make sure there are lots of pond plants for the tadpoles to hide in and the spawn to be more protected
