• Question: do fish sleep with there eyes open

      Yes a lot of fish sleep with their eyes open, some don’t even have eyelids, they often don’t sleep in the same way we do but have a period of deep rest

      Fish don’t actually sleep as we would normally define it – they have extended periods of inactivity or ‘rest’ but they never go into a rapid eye movement sleep like mammals would.
