• Question: Do cats actually like their owners?

      Well it’s tough to say – I certainly can’t speak for all cats! What I would say though is that catscertainly do have great capacity for affection and attachment (especially if they have been with their owner since being a kitten) for their human owners. ‘Liking’ however is hard to prove/disprove. Is a cat just acting nice to get food and attention? Or is there a genuinely deep social bond? I don’t think we know that much just yet but the optimist in me hopes it’s the latter!
