      I found this for you, only female Honey bees die when they sting, and they die after stinging because they cannot pull the barbs out and the stinger is left in your skin and also part of the digestive tract, muscles and nerves gets left behind. This leads to massive abdominal rupture in the body of a bee, ultimately resulting in its death
