      Certainly – a sugar rush works across nearly all species! It’s simple biology – sugar, which is energy is its most basic forms can be readily converted into enegery – an abundance of that will result in high activity levels. I remember working with fly larvae that were in sugar solution and they started whizzing around the lab!

      It surely happens the opposite. Koalas get naturally stones by eating eucaliptus
