• Question: Are there figures such as doctors in animal communities?

      Not that I’m aware of – while certainly animals can help other animals (this is called altruism), I am yet to hear of one animal in a society helping injured individuals specifically.

      I don’t think they would get through medical school but some species do try to help each other, I once owned two brother tom cats and one got trapped in a shed about a street away from where I lived and the other cat kept meowing and pawing at me and he led me to where his brother was.
