Question: Are pufferfish really poisonous?

Not all pufferfish are – keep in mind there are 120 species of pufferfish! Most are poisonous but I know one for definate that is not – Takifugu oblongus. Also it has been shown that even in the species that are posionous, the levels and severity of the poison can vary between individuals of the same species and even an individual’s own level of poison canv ary over its lifetime!
