• Question: you said in your favourite thing you want to see why animals choice to make friends with someone but not someone else, but isn't it just their personalities because with humans some people just don't get on with loud people and somethings you just don't like someone but for no real reason. Cant animals just be like that?

I am not sure if that was me, but I would say it was down to the species, upbringing and personality, for example, if dogs are introduced to other dogs as puppies they are more likely to get on with strange dogs when they are older. I am not sure if that answers your question

Dolphins do have personality but is not proven for every species. However, biologically speaking, when you operate the choice of “being friend” with somebody there is always a reason (maybe you don’t think about it but at sub conscious level there is a precise reason that motivated your choice). There are also other reasons why you stay with some individuals and not with others, for example you may want to stay nearer your relatives or if you are a mum you may want to stay with others females who can help you out…
