• Question: why does poeple like science so much?

      I think humans are curious by nature and have always sought to desrcibe the world around them and benefit from it! It’s also challenging, rewarding and constantly surprises you, even after studying the same area for years. Science is also an incrediblely refined process where ideas are constantly challenged and research is always under scrutiny, making it really robust!

      I don’t think our reasons for loving science have changed much over the years!

      Science helps us answer questions that we may never find the answer to without it, if it were not for scientists we may still believe the earth is flat and have no electricity or have any understanding of how our body’s and minds work or how animals live. I think without science and scientists, and I mean all sciences and all scientists, we would be in a much poorer state than we are now
