Part of the difficulty in growing our hair long is some of us have a natural end point that no matter how hard we try our hair won’t grow beyond. Hopefully you have not reached that though. Health eating plays a part in growing your hair and some people suggest it is better not to wash it every day as this can strip some of its natural oils, regular cuts to prevent split ends will also help. I have found a nice website which has some more in-depth advice for you. How long is your hair now?

That will help and maybe as your hairdresser if there is any products they would recommend, I found a few on the internet but I did not know if they worked and a professional hair dresser should be able to help 🙂

One of my colleagues has just read this question and answer, he asked me if I had any suggestions to help grow hair on his bald patch I did not have any sensible ones! But I have also been told that sunshine helps hair grow longer.
