• Question: how do people sleep with their eyes open?

      I don;t think this is something you can do routinely – you need to blink/close your eyes quite frequently – keeping them open for 7/8 hours will result in infection and damage to the eye!

      You can rest with your eyes open but not sleep!

      Some people sleep with their eyes partially open but they cannot be fully opened all night because the eye is incredibly delicate. Sometime when you dream your eyes can open for a little while and if you walk in your sleep they are sometimes open, also if you talk in your sleep, my son can talk to me in his sleep with his eyes open but I know he is asleep!
