  Yes, most animals are good at night vision to an extent, even us! Cats and owls for example are very good at seeing in the dark, Lions are believed to be some of the best animals to see at night.

  The animals with the best night vision tend to be the nocturnal ones including lemurs. Often they have quite large eyes compared to their face.
