• Question: Are there giant squids out there?

      Yes there are! 8 species actually and they reach sizes of up to 43 feet!

      Giant squid are very widespread, occurring in all of the world’s oceans, but most commonly in the north atlantic of the coast of places like Norway in particular.

      Yes as Kevin says there sure are out there, the largest giant squid found was a Colossal squid in Antarctic waters, it was about 10 meters (35 ft) long, and calamari rings made from it would be the size of tractor wheels! Only a few specimens of this species has even been found and maybe there are other giant squid out in the seas which still have not been found!
